PartPilot is validating UptimeIQ, a parts-sourcing concept for independent heavy-equipment repair shops. We’re starting with interviews and a hands-on pilot to learn what shops need and what they would pay for.

The proposed workflow brings parts-request intake, machine records, supplier quote comparison and tracking into focus. People handle research in the manual pilot. Request intake, records, quote tracking, and notifications are planned for the MVP; compatibility verification stays human-reviewed.

Our first target is five willing pilot shops. We’ll use time saved, accuracy, repeat usage, and renewals to decide whether the workflow earns its place in the shop.
