PartPilot / UptimeIQ validation pilot

Parts today.
More tomorrow.

Parts move work. We’re validating UptimeIQ with independent heavy-equipment repair shops: a clearer way to gather requests, compare supplier quotes, and keep people in charge of compatibility.

Early-stage validation. Human-led research. Shop feedback first.

Human judgment stays in the loop.

A proposed sourcing workflow, with compatibility reviewed by a person.

Real shops. Real machines.

Our first milestone: five independent shops willing to help validate demand. We’ll measure time saved, accuracy, and repeat usage during the pilot.

The proposed UptimeIQ workflow

Less chasing.
A clearer next move.

Start hands-on. Learn where parts sourcing slows the shop down. Automate the useful steps once shops demonstrate repeat usage and willingness to pay.

Built around independent repair shops.

This is the workflow we’re validating. Automated catalog access, live supplier inventory, and verified supplier partnerships are not promised.

01

Capture the parts request.

The proposed pilot starts with a simple intake portal: machine make, model, serial number, part details, and photos. Research starts with context.

02

Keep a record of the machine.

Machine records are planned for the MVP so repeat requests can build on the details your shop has already supplied.

03

Compare quotes. Track the next step.

In the manual pilot, people research supplier options and organize quotes, availability, delivery details, and request status. Quote tracking and notifications are planned for the MVP.

04

Review compatibility with a person.

Compatibility verification stays human-reviewed. Part details and machine information need a careful check before a purchasing decision.

The current pilot offer

Start with the
work in your shop.

The available Repair Shop Starter Pilot focuses on open-job tracking: a shared tracker, weekly updates from your supplied job list, and a month-end summary.

The UptimeIQ sourcing workflow above is being validated separately. Buying the current offer does not promise automated parts sourcing or compatibility verification. The offer card and checkout show the existing price and billing terms.

Parts. Precision. Progress.

The shop’s feedback comes first.

We’re starting with demand interviews and a manual pilot. Request intake, machine records, quote tracking, and notifications form the planned MVP. Customer validation will decide what gets built next.
